We are experted at the design and manufacturing of wood grain veneer, stone grain veneer and other innovative decorative printing paper. Our products are widely used on the surface of floors, furniture, wallboards, ceilings and refractory slabs. Service Procedure

Online Communications: Send sample pictures to our customer service agent who will search product library for matched plate cylinder with matched grains.

Pre-order Consulting: If the grain matches, customer service agent will initiate further communication about your demands of colors, strike-off, raw paper, ink, packaging, UV resistance class, confirmation requirements before printing, order quantity(1), modes of transportations and payments.

Official Order: After assuring all your demands are promised to be met, we will make official quotation. After reaching agreements, we will sign supply contracts.

Sample Strike-off: Before manufacturing, if you want strike-off, you could mail samples to our factory. Normally, after receiving samples, it will take 7 working days(2) to make strike-off and send out.

Manufacturing: We will arrange production after receiving down payments. If you need to make confirmation before printing, we will arrange at least one working day ahead.

Post-sale Service: If you encounter any quality problems related to our products, do not hesitate to contact our customer service clients for support. Product quality is always our priority.

*Customized design service: If matched plate cylinder with matched grains is not found in our product library or you have customized design requirements for space, we could develop and design new products. After signing design contracts, we will provide drafts, reference pictures, samples and makestrike-off. After signing supply contracts and receiving down payments, we will arrange production as soon as possible. Customized design service has minimum order quantity.
